@ Hello yogie/MkShah
I need your help...recently my friend received a rejection letter from Biq-Hongkong....and told him to submit some document within 60 days.
Biq rejected his file because he has not sufficient point as per them.
But i know his profile is very strong.
Please give me some possible suggestion so i can tell him to proceed again with file procedure.
They mentioned in the email that they were treated his file based on new rule.
Below is his profile;
Education:-He has dentist bachelor degree
English:- 7 band(Biq gives only 5 points)
French:- Delf B1(Biq gives only 6 points, because in B1 he scored less than 16)
UnMarried
Biq gives 0 points for AOT.....
Finally,Biq overall allocate only 42 points
He was an applicant from india...(Dec-2010)

I can't open that link...Perhaps BIQ change their mind to update new schedule... ;D
@ All,
It is obvious that micc has to review or update the schedule as Accra was not included,an occurrence considerd erroneous and highly regretable.Pls watchout for the inclusion of Accra under Africa.Cheers.
Please if someone can tell me what is happening with BIQ HK I will be very happy.

Mkshah,
They are right, the link is there but not active now, The file is 68 KB , but when you download it it comes only an snap shoot of that file which is 16 KB. So I think they are doing something with that. When you 1st time give the link, I have already download that file, but now the link is inactive.

@ All,
I cant believe that micc would leave accra out of the schedule.Does any1 know the implication of this?
I dont think one understands these people anymore.
Anyway,I remain hopefully expectant and wish all good luck as we await an update from various biqs.Cheers.
Dear fellow members,
What is this about?? what is a "mission"? and what does it represent for the countries listed there?
Thanks,

Hello,
any one has applied after December 6th 2011 and has got the CSQ already ?
please share me
if you can give me the link to the page everyone is putting his timeline to look at that would be more than great
thank you !
Hello all, Bonjour à tous,
I have never thought before, of going to Québec, but since chances are low that the federal stream is taking too long and there are still uncertainties, and I have improved my French in the last 2 years, now I ask myself if there would be a future for me in Québec (I hope there is).
So these are my recent TEF results:
Comprehension ecrite 239 (C1)
Comprehension orale 270 (B2)
Expression ecrite 270 (B1)
Expression orale 314 (B2)
English is my second language after my mother tongue, and I have been using it for almost 20 years in college and in professional life. Comparing it to my French, I know I have a long way ahead of me.
I am an engineer but I won't be looking for a job in my field necessarily. To me, it is about embracing new opportunities in a new environment, so I believe I could fill a post where being registrated as a professional is not compulsory.
What are your thoughts on a prospective immigrant like me? Should I be positive about Québec or not?
Thank you for your insights,
Merci par avance,
Router
