Are there many only english speaking companyies in quebec? i m in telecommunications field and ialso ve bsc in software engineering. i m hoping i can get a job in an english company there since my french is 0 for now. I ve checked on the job sites n even for survival jobs, u need to speak french or bilingual there. I m very worried abt this part of immigration.

- CSQ can ever be granted without submitting proof of french officially. I just submitted french language test result from my university but not the official exams. I am aware in this case an interview will most likely be required.
- If I submit DELF for example and the rest of my application is ok and i scored exactly 49 or 51 points, what are the chances of interview waiver?
Chibiks preferably submit TEF/DELF if you have. But since you have already submitted ur college french qualification, it will rest in the hands of the person who reviews ur profile.
Just got off the phone from MICC officers in Quebec; they told me that csq applications can now take up to 12 months to process!!! for ppl like me with non-in demand occupations - computer engineering/ IT.
Hi all, i had received a letter from Quebec immigration on 16th of June, 2010 and according to which my name is on their waiting list for the Selection certificate interview which will held at New York on unspecified date...My question is, when i can receive my actual date for the interview after getting this letter from them or when they can possibly call me for the Interview at NY .... anyone already had experience with this/interview, please share it and any advice from your side will be much appreciated
