Does anyone has any idea what documents I need to carry to the interview

Take all the original documents that you mentioned and attached photo copy certificate to your application. they may cross verify the documents and certificates.

is there any new change in GUIDE DES PROCÉDURES D’IMMIGRATION COMPOSANTE 3 ??
i heard the BIQs started to ask for French exam results (DELF, TEF, TCF) before the interview

they must have sent you the list of docs to be carried. follow that list + the originals of ones you submitted with initial application. by the way, when and where is your interview?

The duration to get the CSQ and then the federal part depends on your visa office.
The required forms to apply for Quebec also depends on your visa office as well.

I gathered my documents and send everything to Montreal this week. My question is i have a debit mastercard from turkish bank which has an expiration date till 2016. can i pay my application fee with that? Since it is not a credit card, would it be a problem?
I have another visa credit card from US bank which expires in Februray 2012. i am worried that they will not cash in by then.
How do i get international money order in countries like Turkey?
