i m sure your level of english is good so i m giving u 6 points for your english.
Do i qualify as per tha above? Also, I know that as my degree and area of training in not same becasue u r working as a I.T professonal whichis related to your M.cA so still u can claim point for your area of training, I might lose on some points. Would learning French and clearing DELF exams help us in recovering on the points yes definately so u have enough points to apply but take a admission in french course and send your french addmission receipt with your application?
Thanks in advance

thanks a lot, i thought that they only notarize a copy of any documents issued by the country they work in, for example i live now in China, and all this time i thought that notary public is only for Chinese documents issued by Chinese companies or institutes,... etc

Hi All,
I have a small query. If I have done M.Commerce in Management but B.Commerce in Finance & Accounting, would the M.Commerce still be considered and given points?

well it depends on what u are trying to say....usually. applicants latest degree qualification takes preceedence over older qualification.
since ur M.commerce is the latest, that will be used in judging ur Education which is 12points.
Area Of Trainning
1)if both qualifications are older than 5yrs, the one in which u av experience in will be used in judging ur point for A.O..T
2)if both qualifications are less than 5yrs, then the whole which gives an applicant the highest point will be considered.
3)if only one of the qualification is oler than 5yrs, the one which is older than 5yrs will be ignored even if it is the one that will fetch the applicant the highest point. the only remedy here is that the applicant av experience in line with such qualification

Hi Egrace and thanks. I did not understand much. Firstly, the 5 yr concept does not apply to me as I have completed B.Com. in 2009 and M.Com in 2011 and plan to apply in 2012. My only concern is that my Bachelor and Master degree have different specializations.
1) I checked the AoT list and there is "Accounting (Bach-3yrs)" under SECTION C but I don't see "Masters" anywhere. So I assume that the AoT only looks at the Bachelor degree and so I get a clear 6 points for that?
2) So the only concern is the "Schooling/Level of Education" category which awards 10 points for Bachelors and 12 points for Masters. I have obtained a Masters degree through distance education which is NOT in Acctg. but in Management! Would I get 10 or 12 points for that?
P.S. BTW, I forgot to ask one very important thing. There is no "B.Com." in the AoT list so I assumed that "B.Acctg." would be similar to that and I fall under SECTION C. Is my assumption correct? If not, which category does "B.Com." fall under?
