Hello everyone, I am inquiring about the paperwork and the order that paperwork applies as someone being sponsored by my spouse who is a Quebec native. The order and paperwork involved is not as clear as it seems when applying to Quebec . If someone could point us in the right direction that would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I can gather to start we need to send in form IMM 1344 F first to the Canadian Government to receive the letter stating that my wife has satisfied eligibility conditions ? Then we proceed with form A-1520-BA for Quebec?

Sorry as I'm sure this has been posted a million times but I did not see a sticky on this ?

Hello everyone, need your help please! I applied under Quebec Skilled Workers program in November 2015 (paper based submission) with the help of Representative, AOR received in December 2015.The two years mandate period of the attorney expired in March 2017. I don't want to renew the mandate for another period of 24 months since the fees are quiet high. Is there any disadvantage for withdrawing the mandate and to complete myself without any representative? I called the MIDI last week and they said that the document verification phase has been completed in January 2017 and now preliminary review has started. what do you advice guys?

Good day Sir khareem. Congratulations on your csq. I iust want to ask sir, when you dropped your qife from the application, what reason did you tell MIDI? With the new rules, i might need to drop ky hisband also to qualify for csq. I jist dont know, if I need to write them the reason why I am dropping my spouse from the application. Got AOR in december 2015. We are from india. We checked immigration site and they say they are checking files received in November 2015. When should we expect CSQ.
