I thank you all and especially those that submitted their applications around the same time as I did in 2011 for your support and encouragement. To those who are still waiting, it may be a long road like mine was but it all feels so worth it now. Pray and have hope...may God be with us all! now my Federal stage begins.

I have few questions related to Quebec Skilled worker program.
1. Do I need to pay the fee at the time of filling the online application? Or After receiving the Invitation from Quebec Government?
2. If I have a Express entry profile as SINGLE, then here Quebec online can apply with spouse and children?

received intent to reject on 7 dec 2015 with transcript of masters degree and birth certificate required and they received my docs on 29 dec 2015. more than 4 months passed , no decision is taken yet.
also overall more than 52 months passed to my application. what they are doing with applications ?
