Hi everyone please help me , my documents returned in FSW 2014 with a UCI, so should I mention it in my identification section and whether I should mention refusal in already applied except Quebec?

Hello all,

Some news regarding my immigration. Would be awesome if anyone can tell me what to expect next.

I filed back in 2011 from Pakistan. Cleared Delf B2 requirement and IELTS with a good score. Have the right amount of experience etc.

On saturday, they contacted me, saying, "Dear Sir, Your case is awaiting a decision. We will contact you when a decision has been taken".

It has been almost 5 years since i filed. Anyone know what I should expect? Will I be called for an interview? When can I expect the decision? etc.

From my experience 90% of the time that means you will get your QSC soon!

I also applied for the CSQ in 2011. After sending requests to the revision administrative for about 4-5 times (about 1 year), they finally said something like yours.... e.g. they are reviewing... it will take some time ect..(instead of saying 'it's rejected')............. but it's been about 6 months, I still don't hear anything.....

Anyone has ever followed up....?? Call them? or ?

According to your timeline, you are applicant of federal Skilled Worker programme.
Is it true? If it is you never received this massage.
But if you Mon project (Quebec on line) applicant then you received this massage.
It is normal.

I hv completed the application on 13-Feb but could not able to upload the document viz declaration and other credential.

If it still can be upload Please discuss,

(i) hw to upload the document (declaration and credential) when the window open and where in Mon Project or it is already done.
(ii) what all declaration need to be signed if I am single.
(iii) is it to print, signed and then upload.
(iv) Hw about completing A-1520LF ( is this to be print/scan and upload)
(v)Hw about contract for financial independence

*Also to inform you that when I was completing the application it was reflecting 3500 has already reached.

as like you i have also applied for quebec in last years.

Please advise wat can happen in our case,if you know

i had applied in june 2013 and got file no in nov 2013 and after that no news
i updated marriage details in jan 2015. and then onec we called at montreal and came to know that our file was rejecetd as they asked documents from us.

But we didnot got any mail from them.

Then we sent a letter stating that we had not got any mail for docuemnts in jan 2016.so, now what will happen

whetehr they will open our file???

Today received CSQ
applied 2013 December 3,
AOR 2014 April,
2015 April update file due to new born baby,
file returned due to lost the bank draft,
send bank draft again with file 2015 may,
2015 September 23 received intent to reject letter
2015 November update file with requested documents,
2016 February 12 got CSQ by regular post

I have some issues with CSQ please expert advise me in my CSQ when they filled it there is one spell mistake what can I do now before apply federal process..?

Will you please share your education n noc number n your country?
