I Apply my family immigration Qsw file in August 2012.. I update document 5 October 2015 And They Replay Me 23 October 2015. they calculate my point 56 and apply me Francisation rules 2013 and 18 month grant time period B2 Exam Passed and 1 point gain for family file required 57 point..

As per my calculation my point is 58 but they calculate 56. they do not calculate my wife B.com Degree AOT 2 point. my wife Degree is previous 5 year Qsw application Date and 11 year Accounting work experience. 2 Point must Receivable AOT my Wife B.com Degree...

They Give my M.com Degree AOT 6 point And Education 12 point is correct. They send me their point calculation seet via email.

I think their mistake in 2 point calculation. I send courier With COVER Letter for this 2 point mistake My wife Bcom Degree Receivable AOT Point..

Please Give me Advise...I am Correct Or wrong B.com Degree 2 Point AOT Receivable...?

one of my friend applied for csq on 16/12/2013 and he got his file number in april 2014 by postal mail but not received any email.After that he updated his marriage as well as email.

Since then he did not received anything till date.He called Quebec they said your file is in process.

Please suggest what to do?

Because i saw in the "Area of Training", there is "Electrical, Electronics and Communications" but there is no "Electronics & Communication".

My brother has the same situation, so could you please confirm this.

Hi my friend,
Sorry I was referring to the Electrical, Electronics and Communications. My degree is Electronics and Telecommunications Engieering so I suppose it belongs to "Electrical, Electronics and Communications"
To be honest, I could not understand how to map the AOT to my degree so just a guessing.

In the countries that you have visited in the last 10 years , I’ve this error

(translation) You have already indicated a residence status for this time, thank you to change your entry or declare a new period.

Can you please , tell me what should I write specifically with regard to the following data :
Country of origin from 01/01/1991 to 18/09/2013
Visiting Malaysia as a tourist from 18/09/2013
Obtaining student visa from 25/11/2013 to 26/11/2014
Visiting some Asian countries and stay in Malaysia as a tourist after the end of my status as a student.
Back to country of origin 29/05/2015 and till date

2) In the experience

1- I’ve translated the name of the company in French , despite the fact that it is written in English in my Experience certificate , is there any problem with that or should I write only the same name in English ?
2- In the experience certificate, there is a beg. And end. Date , despite the fact that I still work in the same company and In the same position , Should I mention at the form that I still work at the company or just indicate the date shown in my experience certificate ?

3) In the diploma
1- I’ve graduated from the faculty of commerce – Accounting department, what should I choose from the table?

4) For the French exam TCFQ
1- Under the “Numero de candidat ou d’inscription” , when I try to write for code candidat ex. 02002-01000-5555 , the form doesn’t accept the ( -) , is that ok to write it like this 02002010005555 ?


5) For the English exam IELTS
a. Numero du test > Test Report Form number ?
b. Numero du centre agree > Centre number ?
c. Date de Test > Date * at the top of the certificate , next to centre number
1- Are they correct as shown in the IELTS certificate ?

Has maximum number of 2800 CSQ applicaions been reached, your application will be automatically deleted after 90 days"

Can anybody got the same error? How can I submit?

I have a question related to a specific question in application

Temporary resident status in a country other than your country of citizenship or permanent residence:
Do you have a residence permit or stay document with a cumulative validity covering at least one year, issued by authorities of the country or territory where you currently reside?

Yes or No.

I am on a Tier 2 visa in UK. My visa is valid till Sept 2016 (8 more months). I can apply for renewal only in June 2016. Is it mandatory for an applicant to have minimum 12 months valid document to apply for QSWP?

Kindly provide me your opinion.

I have received the acknowledgement for administrative review in the month of June 2015. It has been updated in the administrative review website that all the administrative review request which was received till October 2015 were completed. However, I have not received any updates from them. I have called them on the phone number 001-5148649191 and they replied that I have to wait.
Do anybody received acknowledgement for administrative review for QSSW before October 2015, have received any updates w.r.t filing? Pl. revert. DO they sent by post or email?

Need some clarification about Quebec CSQ. I have registered my account on mon project, but confused about some areas:

1. Area of Training: I have completed my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science & Engineering and got done my ECA woth WES Canada. How much score I can secure from this?
2. Language: I have appeared IELTS on 29-Aug-15 with the overall score 6.5 (Listening: 6.5, Reading: 6.0, Writing: 7.0, Speaking: 6.5). How much it will value for me?

Can you help with the following issue:
I am in the process of filling Mon projet application and have a question regarding previous applications:
in the application there is a question "Have you ever submitted an application for permanent residence in Canada, elsewhere than Québec?"
I have a profile in Express Entry and wonder whether to answer to the above question "Yes" and if to answer Yes then what is the status: "Accepted" or "Pending".
