In question number 8. Date the diploma was obtained.....
I completed by Bachelor's in the year 2006 got a provisional degree same year but I received my final Degree certificate in the year 2012. Now should I put year 2006 or year 2012 to answer the question "date of diploma obtained"..
also please guide on question 9 Are you the holder of one or several of the following diplomas (check the appropriate boxes: see instructions)
Québec diploma YES NO
Canadian diploma YES NO
Diploma or training recognized as equivalent by a Québec regulatory body (with the exception of a diploma in medicine) YES NO
Foreign diploma covered by a mutual recognition agreement (ARM) YES NO

Its a Degree in BBA from Central university India

I don't know if there is secondary review option for Quebec, but yes you Can apply again as they have reopened.

To be frank with you ; I saw some people received answer after 3 weeks and some after 2 month ; But I saw one he got reply after 1 week only .
But the maximum is 3 months .

You can request for administrative review and that should be apply it in maximum 90 Days after receiving the rejection letter .

What is your country or territory of customary residence?

I am a pakistani national but currently working in saudi arabia.

secondly I am following docuemts:

1- My graduation degree
2- My IELTS result
3- Experience certificate
4- Married certificate
5- my son birth certificate(in arabic)

My plan is go for translation of all non english format letters/degrees
now my question is from where I can attest them as "true copy seen"
and which form I am suppose for fill and lastly
on which address I should forward the document.

I am falling into these NOC /2171/2172/73/74/75 categories but have graduated a 8 years back in B.s.c (bachelor science of computer). from india
However CIC site says as below for all the noc above
mployment requirements

A bachelor's degree, usually in computer science or in mathematics

which noc should i choose from the above and write my duties? according to that?

hi, i couldnt submit my file on deadline which was nov/4th however, i was working on job validation with my company.

their Accountant took so much time to get the balance sheet and that affected me alot.

i was going to send mail (with proof of job validation files) to immigration (notre dame) right after i submit my files .

can i appeal to government for extension or am i too late for that?
