From the AOR number, it is clear that they(HK BIQ) has received about 14000 applications from Asia within one year..
Now it is difficult to calculate number of asian applications since HK BIQ has been closed. Approximately, we can assume that 30k+ applications they have received, and let us believe that they made decision on 10000 Asians applicants. It is clear that still at least 20k+ applications are pending..

There are around 12000 applications in 13 months from this,... however, my aor number will be additional 7000, received during may 13 which will be another 7000 application, hence within last 26 months there are around 19000 applications. Considering 7000 processed every year, and a person in 11 not yet processed , a person who is not in priority of 12 or 16 will get any update in 3 years from the time of applying...
Dear friends,
Do I need to withdraw my application sent on 10th. of July 2013 in order to claim points under new rules as I have not yet received any information from them.Or is that information to those who do not meet selection criteria under new rules and would like to withdraw?
Please let me know whether I can prepare my application for Quebec.
I am planning to French class. Let me know which is more preferred,
Can I take DELF instead of TEF. Is clearing DELF alone is fine for this processing.
I am computer professional Can I qualify under this process, becz I have sent my application to FSW 2013
for Noc 2174, but due to cap reached I am able to go through by this year.
Experts kindly guide me the process of Quebec whether I need to take consultant for this or I can file
by myself.

Hi,
French speaking is compulsory now. Its depends on your current points whether you need DELF A1 to B2. If you have enough point just try to clear DELF A2 atleast. DELF dont have expiry, then TEF is hard to clear than DELF (if i m not wrong). My advise to go for consultant. If you apply yourself may miss some docs.
Just I want to confirm, I am also software developer working in singapore currently. My intention is go for canada (before NOC closed for IT-Software in canada). Is it open now for Software? Please share your idea for FSW for NOC 2171, 2174.

Hi,
Cap has already reached for Federal for NOC 2174 for this year, you have to try after April 2014 for this job code.
But not 100% sure that NOC 2174 gets displayed by 2014. Noc 2171 was not listed in 2013.

But the point here is she won't get any points for French if the level is below B2...she has get atleast B2 in case if she is claiming points for French ,there is no point taking a level below that which does not give you any point. And everybody who submitted file after Dec 6th 2011 will fall under the new rules for language if they haven't heard any update for the interview or furthermore..so it's adviseable to take B2 if she is short of points...

Any idea whether Africa includes the Middle East in this Quebec process?
Thanks
I submitted my application for QSW in May, but nothing yet...
but I will be shifting from UAE to London next month for a year - is there any way to change the visa office? Will it be faster from London if there is any way that I can change it to make it faster?
In case not, what about my federal stage...if I am still in London at that stage (is it possible to complete within a year??), can I send it from the London office directly instead of through Abu Dhabi?
hi guys! I have question again about interview waiving, I pass my application on july 2013, someone told me that i already belong to the new point system, According to my computation without french language I already got 66 points(according to the new points), because there is additional points for nurses,
My question is do I have chance that my application will be interview waived? even without french language exam,
Please guyss I need you response.
