Thanks, I wish the best for all applicants. Actually I am good with old rules (63 points, waiver), I am good with new rules also (63 points again, priority?, waiver). The only thing that would kill my application, is if they only apply language rules, but not the new AOT list. That is why this strange info session signalmaker translated made me nervous...
So i guess you are a computer engineer? I have 4 years BCs information systems so i think they consider it as computer science ( 6 points) for em ... not as computer engineer (12 points)....
I guess, if they are to apply old rules on everything on your file and apply new rules for french, then they would at least send you a letter asking you to do another french test with B2 band within 90 days or something... and then they would waive the interview and send you CSQ...

Hello everyone,
Again here with a questions...
I am gathering documents to be send for CSQ with initial application.
Could anyone explain the following:
1. You must provide documentary evidence that your experiences have been acquired legally.
2. The certificates of employment experience made during learning, training or specialization Diploma must be accompanied by agreements established with the educational institution attended.
3. copy of family register........What kind of certificate is this? We don't have this type. Where to obtain?
You need to select your country to know which one certifies for yours.
There is a part in the website that would allow you to select a country and once you do that it will give you instructions what to do.
hi bachar,
thanks bro for the link,
BTW how this new situation will affect your file?
If my application will be treated as signalmaker have suggested, then I will not get any points for French. I have reached to A2 level which gave me 3+1 pts as per old rules.
my spouse have reached A1 level (1+1 pts as per old rules)
also if they apply new rules for ielts then I will have only 5 points.
so, even if I am a pre 6th Dec 2011 applicant, if my file is treated with new language rules, I have now already lost 7 points.
very sad and strange feeling I am getting. After investing lot of money and 2 precious years of my life for this thing called Quebec Skilled Immigration, this is what I am getting.
How can they do this to all of us.....

since your B1 level take course 6 months and youll get B2 level, there is still long time to come your interview.
to quebec there is no interview waiver, its very very rare, they need to see us personal for maybe security reasons etc because they are refusing also a lot during interview.and accepting a lot.
I m not assuming my friend.
I took it from your post. you mentioned that though pre 6th Dec 2011 applications will be treated as per old rules, new language requirements such as min French level of B2 will as apply to them as well.
I think same will be for points of English language.
so I calculated how my points will be reduced with these new language requirements.

In the op manual they state, that if the file has the necessary points for acceptance without adaptability, then interview is needed only if they have doubts about the authenticity of your docs.

unfortunately any paper from " Lebanon ", by default fake for them, unless other wise is proved ...
this is the way they think of Lebanon ..

its the opposite , Quebec trusts francophone counties a lot, specially education, lebanese universites are trusted in all france and quebec.
but actually all francophone countries are sh....... including quebec and france.
lebanon is considered a state from france
as you can seee on other forum they are only interviewing lebanese,
in montreal about 200,000 lebanese
but interviews are to see how u look, who they r taking, since youll become a canadian
