I think they issue CSQ based on first come first served, they don't think about me and you that the timeline goes beyond average processing time of 12 months...

I submitted my CSQ on the 14th of August and i still didin't receive it.

Yes you can call them. If the credit card was charged, it means they are sending the AOR the same day. Call them +15148649191

Option 1 for English, then 5 and 1.
