One question please: you mentioned earlier that they did not give you the CSQ immediately because you got 62 points, do you have any idea how they sorted this out and gave you enough points to pass?

Another question to all members: is it a rule to have your interview waived if you get more than 63 points upon processing your files?

Many applicants have paased the limit of their points and didn't get waived and vice versa ...
In my opinion there are many factors that play a big role in such decision:
Political .. graduates scale .. family .. countries ...etc ...

I applied for federal part after CSQ...my application reached at CIC office by 12th Nov 2012....till date I did not get any information from them.... how much time does CIC take to send application receipt? any idea?

you should receive email with your federal file number after 30 to 45 days max . check if your payment received or not yet.
