there is someone here on this forum , applied before Dec 2011, the lawyer told him that AOT and language rule will be applied on old cases.
All applications that their AOT is not listed under new rules or language below B2 will not be called for interview .
I leave to him if he likes to share the info, yet no one knows anything

another question i have sent an update one month ago ( i added a family member which is a child and sent the TCF results) and till now they didnt deduct from my account, how long they take to do that?

I think the primary evaluating is done before interview, when they see your file and call you for interview,
but your before dec 2011, for sure under new rules
lets hope not because all b1 will loose 8 points
victor has B2 level his interview soon, so we cant know, if new or old rules because he will take full points.

I applied in 02-11-2011 and I called the Ministry of immigration and they confirm to me I am 100% under the new rules because I am still didn’t reach to “preliminary examination “
Any one in waiting list before “01-Aug-2013” will not be under the new rules.

So now it's our problem not them ..
After 3 F***ing years of wait and it's now our problem .. I think it's better to stay in our countries which after this experience it's more civilized and better than those animals!!!
After paying a LOT, and preparing a LOT, and working a LOT, and searching a LOT (I even know now more politics about Quebec than I do about my country) .. and they are putting us under the new regulations .. these guys are out of their minds!!
I really mean it!!! They returned applications to more than 300.000 applicants who at first place they didn't do anything wrong but following and applying under the Canadian rules, and now they are applying new rules on OLD applicants who they didn't do anything wrong but waiting 3 damn years for something that it wasn't related to them, and they are making this immigration process even harder to us day by day ...
