Quarries Regarding acceptability as an Engineering Manager

Dear All,

I would like to apply under Engineering Manager Category (NOC 0211). But am confused if my experience is suitable for this as I have Only 1 Year experience as an Engineering manager (Industrial). And two years of experience as an Assistant Electrical Engineer (Industrial).

Though I have 3 years of experience in total but as a manager it is only one year. So can any one suggest if I can apply for this category. And in case if I apply how many points would I get.

1 Year experience is sufficient to apply for the FSW program. You get 9 points for that.
