Can anyone help me to calculate points of Education and area of training ? I guess Professional Experience can be different from area of training , is it ? I did MBA with HR specialization but i am working as a purchase manager more than 6 years , in this case how many point i will get for training and experience ?
Education : MBA : ( Specialization HR) total 17 years
Area of Training Means : Specialization or work ? my specialization is Human Resources
Experience : Purchasing Manager NOC 0113 and 1225.

You can refer to this thread http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/qswp-2017-intake-all-discussion-applicants-outside-canada-t459298.0.html
From my understanding, AOT refers to your education and not in which field you are working. For example if your certificate has something written like "Computer Engineering" then you'll get 16 points for that and after that you might work on Software or Hardware or Networking or IT Project Management that is different issue. But your work and study should be in the same domain. Now if you complete Mechanical Engineering and working as Medical Representative then that makes no sense.
Well now in your case, your degree is related to HR which is your Major in MBA and you'll get 12 points for that and for your work experience in Purchasing you'll get points based on how long you worked in that area. I believe your purchasing job has lot to do with your MBA degree and thus don't worry about that. I am sure other people can help you out in this matter too. Just wait for more replies.
