i see... i hope they will ask me for new photos... but it's fine too if they simply use the old ones I submitted... (though I dun like how i look in them, but perhaps in this way the card will be issued earlier) :

i am from visa-exempt country too... and my application was submitted in early january, so probably they are still valid.
i think i will ask the officers at Port of Entry when I do flagpoling and see if there is any way in which I can send new photos for PR card

Ohhh our timelines are very similar! Yeah you'll probably get COPR very early next year then Sucks about the photos, but skipping the PPR step is probably way worth it

If I were you, I'd just stop by a Jean Coutu on the way to the border to get immigration pictures taken. It can't hurt, and the process takes about 10 minutes at most. The peace of mind is worth it The most likely thing is that the picture they attached to your COPR is valid, otherwise I'm fairly certain they would have asked you to provide new ones instead of attaching them.

Nothing on my side yet. My ~280 days are over or about to, but I'm considering 1-2 weeks delay due to the end of year festivities. Hopefully we'll hear from them soon.

In this case is only the information for those whom I believe are and were QSW inland applicants, and their dates of: Application Filed (App Filed), Acknowledge of Receipt (AOR) and the reception of the Passport Request (PPR) or CoPR (Confirmation of Permanent Residence). The last three columns are the number of days calendar elapsed between each date.

I recieved this email today from intake office
THIS IS A REMINDER EMAIL - PLEASE READ EACH SECTION CAREFULLY TO SEE IF IT APPLIES TO YOUR APPLICATION.
FOR ANY DOCUMENTATION OR CORRESPONDENCE YOU SEND, PLEASE INCLUDE A COVER PAGE THAT LISTS YOUR NAME, DATE OF BIRTH, UCI AND APPLICATION NUMBER.
at the end it says ignore it if you have already sent all the documents

My application is done a while back and I went through all the steps you're mentioning. No MR is completely normal at your stage, don't expect it until late february / early march and be happy if it does happen earlier than that

As for the reminder email, yes it's completely normal. That email is automatically sent to people periodically and does not refer specifically to your application. I got that email as well, and I got stressed out about it for no reason. I had sent all the documents I needed to send and I didn't need to send anything after getting that message, and my application was completed just fine. Don't sweat it, they'll contact you via email with a more direct message specifically for you if they require anything
