My passport is going to expire in 7 month. From Embassy , I came to know that it take about 3 month to renew my passport. I did my medical 3 month back. So in near future, if Canadian Consulate General Immigration Section asks to submit the passport
1 Can I submit the passport which is valid less than six months and renew my passport later ? Or
2 If I send to renew my passport right now, in mean time if Canadian Consulate General Immigration Section ask to submit my passport, Could Canada Consulate General Immigration Section hold my visa if I request to visa office until I get new renew passport.(2 – 3 month)
if i email to consular visa office could they reply me back ??

1. No, they won't hold your visa until you get a new passport. They will issue the COPR to the expiry date of the passport if it is less than a year after the medical. Get the new passport, before it is requested.
so if i send to renew it now,it take 2-3 month,and in the mean time if they ask for passport what to do?if i didn't meet the deadline to submit passport?
