Dear Qorax
Hope u r keeping well
As per your advice I wrote to chc and got the following reply today
"As the documents were post marked Aug 5, 2010, they had made it by the deadline. It is incorrect information if your consultant informed you they had 60 days after August 5, 2010. 60 days was given when the initial request was made in June."
Plz. advise further
1. "As the documents were post marked Aug 5, 2010"
what does it exactly mean, would u mind explaining it NB. CHC had clearly informed me that ISF was meant to be received no later than 4 Aug. 2010
1. It means that The Deadline for sending your docs was 05/8/2010.
2. Did u send it by then? Post/fax/email, whatsoever?
3. If not, when did u? And then - did u write an explanation letter against the delay?
4. If not yet, do it asap... Now.
2. Did u send it by then? Post/fax/email, whatsoever?
I'm afraid not. neither me nor my consultant sent by then. they just posted on 4th aug. with no explanation letter and chc received on 5th Aug. [according to royal mail]
3. If not, when did u? And then - did u write an explanation letter against the delay?
I sent the ISF via e.mail+explanation after your advice on 24 Aug.
PS. According to the mail from chc [sent to me on 29th july], the ISF had to be reached by 4th August.
then why is there clash between 2 dates??
So does it mean that chc-london has considered my ISF?[/font]
After your advice, I did write an explanation note and requested to consider my document with one-day-delay [were supposed to be there at chc on/by 4 Aug. but reached on 5 Aug.]
So what do you say, what am I supposed to do now?
Many thanks and regards
Relax! That response of your CHC clearly mentions that they have "accepted" your docs. There's just nothing to worry, no further action to be taken from your end. U r good to go, buddy.
your case is clear ... no issues.... one of my frnd also send the documents 6 days delayed with a covering letter coz of the IELTS result and they accepted.
