I applied to sponsor my husband IN KOREA (meaning applied outside Canada) and while it's processing, we came to Canada together. My husband came to T.O. with me as a visitor. It's all processed very quickly and he got the passport with the PR paper.
Now, he needs to get the landing permission so he can get PR card. Someone I know said we should go to Buffalo to get it. However, my husband doesn't have US visa. I really need help on how to solve this problem. Should he go back to Korea and get it? or is there any way he can get US visa ASAP and go to Buffalo to get it done. Actually, I am not sure how the landing process goes. Help me!!~
As what my friend did last year, they've gone through the border and told the officer that they just wanted to land in Canada. His wife didn't apply for a US visa anymore.

Except I think that the OP is asking if the husband can receive his COPR (PR visa) by sending his passport to Buffalo, the answer in No, it has to go to Seoul. He must have relatives in Korea where he can courier his passport and have send it to the Seoul office and once they receive it back can courier to him in Canada. Then he can go to the border, get a rejection letter from the US, return to Canada and be landed.
