PWGP holder returning to Canada, do I need medical exam?

Hi I'm a PGWP holder who has been stuck outside of canada for 2 years due to travel restrictions. I still have about 10 months left on my PGWP, and I'm planning to return as Canada will accept the vaccine I took (sinovac) in a few days.

I wonder if medical exam results would be required at the airport when entry?

The only related information I can find on CIC website are for new permit applications.

Medical exam is not the same as antigen/PCR test. You need negative test to board your plane to Canada.
