I'm applying for a visa online (through the Immigration and citizenship website) and there is a section where I need to upload a document in which I list the so-called "purpose of travel" (written that: "You must submit proof that you are coming to Canada for a temporary visit, for example: Your flight ticket departing Canada, Your travel itinerary (e.g. places you will visit or stay, such as hotel booking, Proof of a medical appointment.") Since I have none of that, what else I could include as proof that I'm definitely leaving Canada after a short period of time?

"Purpose of travel" is not for "proof that I'm definitely leaving Canada after a short period of time".
- To prove that you would be leaving Canada at the end of your visit you need to show ties to your country of residence.
- "Purpose of travel" is to show Canada what you will be doing and why in Canada and not somewhere else.
