I applied for MPNP in Dec 2012 (02.12.2012). Got my LOA 23.06.2013. My application was transferred to NEW DELHI on 18.01.2014 (I got an e-mail from them).
My ecas status says APPLICATION RECEIVED on 04.11.2013.

How much more time till i get a call for Medical & finally PR?

it may take another 3-4 monts for Visa.

most probably u will get MR within next 50 days..
