Hi guys on may 15th I had met doctor suggested by cic the doctor had said that no further tests are required and it takes a week for the medicals to get updated in cic visa portal. I had submitted sputum test and an X-ray reports. Are those enough. Do I need to undergo any further checkups...!! Can anyone apply for visa after undergoing medicals....

1) Well if the Doctor says no further tests are require that's it. Just wait for the next update from them.
2) Yes, you can apply.

I have submitted my eAPR on 15th May 2017. But i realized it now that to the statutory question of do you have any serious disease?? My reply was No. Actually, i have disclosed to the panel physician that i had inactive Tb..but to the statutory ques i said NO because i thot i have been cured and the tb was inactive wen detected..

i have already submitted eAPr ..i know panel physician will declare abt the lung scar to the CIC...so the info in the stat. Ques wud contradict ..wat should i do now...i request you to pls reply to this ASAP...so that i do not get labelled as misrepresented

No need to worry. As long as you disclosed this to the panel physician you are good to go. No misrepresentation at all.
Anyway they have not given a list of serious diseases so who is to say TB is one of them???
Nothing to worry about.

Thanks a lot dear..its relieving to see your response..i raised a CSE yesterday and informed them abt my mistake and requested them to consider yes as the answer of that..i dont know what will happen next!! Now my mind is thinking abt sputum test and follow up x ray and probable delay in processing...i thot after submission of eAPR i would nt feel tensed..so i started reading things that relate to my case...and i realized the blunder that i made...its becoming like am constantly searching for things can go wrong..does this happen to everyone??

Lol, its all a part of the waiting game. You start to over think things. Although this was not a blander at all, you have done the right thing for your peace of mind.
