1) Could you please advise what NOC code you mentioned in your EOI.
2) Did you receive this letter from OINP over your email which you mentioned in EOI or did you receive it in both locations i.e. your email id as well as messages section in CIC link where your created your EOI.

OINP does not accept EOI, rather they issue the NOI (notification of interest) in the MyCIC account, as Karan mentioned.
