Please help me with my current situation where
1 My spouse and spouse did a soft landing on Feb 2018 ,stayed few days ,took PRTD and came back
2We didn’t return to Canada since then and now my PRTD will expire in Mar 21
3Also we have new membse in Family,my daughter who is 18months old
Now how can I retain my PR status and include my daughter too.

Now how can I retain my PR status and include my daughter too.
You need to return to Canada before you have been outside of Canada for three years so that you can make sure you meet the residency requirement and can keep your PR status. You have to wait until you are back in Canada to sponsor your child for PR. You will need to get a TRV for her in order for her to travel with you.

I would not expect this. There has been no such announcement. Also, as PRs, you are free to travel to Canada now.
