I know that PRTD is different from PR Card. But how long will it take for them to send my PRTD?

PRTD is a permanent resident travel document: you need this document to come back to Canada from another country, only if you are a PR and don’t have your PR card on hand. Local visa office in other countries can issue a PRTD.
