Prtd processing time on H&C grounds

So, i got my prtd in 2015, and lived 1 month, but came back due to my parents’ wish. I was 8 then. So my pr card expired in 2015 (at age 12). I applied for prtd with only 2 days (i know) on h&c grounds on 21 feb 2018, its now july and its still being processed. Just wanted some help for the processing time as its taking pretty long

There is no specific timeline when it comes to prtd h&c cases. Given that you are still a minor how do expect to move?

So you are now 15 and still a minor so if your PRTD is approved what as a minor are you planning to do then, travel to Canada given that is all a PRTD does allows you to travel to Canada ? Do you have relatives in Canada ?

My brother (an adult) lives in canada and my dad is here to get me back to canada as i need adult accompance to travel by air, (my dad has valid pr card).

With my dad who has a valid pr card and is in my country to get me back, we just waiting for prtd
