PRTD once approved, applicant will get a passport submission request. (hard copy)
However, I am worried about the mailing part, that I personally had the experience of my CoPR bit damaged during mailing process (but still acceptable for landing).
You know, passport is best maintained intact, otherwise it may not be considered valid document anymore.
I am wondering if it is possible to submit passport to VAC in person? If not, anyone with suggestion about how to deal with mailing part?

Answer used to be yes for most VAC, during covid rules were different in many countries (i.e. would not accept documents by hand), but - again in most locations I know of - VAC would accept delivery by courier and return passports by courier (by preference). Presumably there are some that use regular mail but not most common.

I am in Europe, and i am planning to go to Paris for the submission, it just takes a couple of hours by train. And Europe now basically lifted all Covid restrictions
