I would really appreciate if someone can help me with this.
Hi, i am getting confused while filling PRTD document checklist form. In document checklist No.8 saying you must submit 2 pieces evidence that can show residency in Canada in the 5 years immediately before the app. Docs such as bank statement, CRA, evidence from Canada govt benifits or rental agreement.
I did soft landing in Jan2020 for 2 weeks. Now m back in home country. I dont have any proof like that except rental agreement. Please advise
You have a rental agreement for 2 weeks in Canada?
If you don't have the documents requested the document checklist normally advises you to provide a written explanation of why you can't provide them.

I did soft landing for 2 weeks only. I have rental agreement with me for 2 weeks and I also have SIN number certificate. I applied for health care in service Ontario during that time. But I didn't received card yet. And after that i came back. So m confused regarding that what exactly should I attach. Please advise if you know anything
Look, if you stayed in Canada for only 2 weeks, you obviously don't have and can't produce the documentation that they are asking for:

So i will attach Rental agreement. For other documents i would explain in a separate paper that i had to come to my home for some personal reasons that's why i dont have any documentation. Now i am planning to move to Canada for good. Something like that?

Would add that you incorrectly applied for OHIP and need to update OHIP about your absence. You did not meet the OHIP residency requirements. If the 3 month wait period is reinstated you must reapply for OHIP and wait the 3 months.

I really didn't know about that. Someone in Canada told me to apply for OHIP before i go back. So that i can avoid that 3 months thing. So i shouldn't mention anything about that?

I wasn't aware of this at all. Anyhow it seems i have to reapply for that once i go back to Canada.
Could you please advise me about documentation attach with PRTD application. I have only rental agreement with me only. They are asking for 2 evidence. What should i do??

You don't really need a rental agreement for 2 weeks when you have plenty of time to meet the RO. Do you mean an AirBnB receipt? Nobody has a lease for 2 weeks.
