PRTD application

I had applied PRTD in January,24 and submitted all the documents at VFS office,at that time ghe staff insisted to submit the passport. Later,I needed passport for business travel, first the vfs didn’t have proper answer and after searching on internet I came to know IRCC will only ask when decision is made. So,I raised a webform with same query, and in another 2 weeks,I received my passport without any documents or any stamp from IRCC. After a month, in April,I eanted to know the status nut now when I put VFS tracking number to track,the message comes” records doesn't exist” . I raised IRCC webform with all relevant information, IRCC is replying back telling, my given information doen’g match with their records. I did paper application.
