I have received my COPR letter but I have been leaving Canada without the PR card as it is taking too much of a time. So I saw the application of PRTD but I am confused about the Recidency Obligation thing. Five years they mentioned in it is whether after I received the COPR or before.
Furthermore, what if I can't fulfill the recidency obligation requirement(how can I prove it that I will fulfill the 5 years requirement)?
Lastly, how much time it will take to get the PRTD letter after applying?
