Provisional Certificate for study permit?

I completed my undergraduate degree and received my provisional certificate. I'll receive my final cert when the convocation happens which could take some time. Would this be a problem for my application? Can I apply using transcript+provisional certificate or do I need the final certificate?

As far as the degree & grade has been awarded in the provisional certificate & transcript is also ready for assessment u are good to proceed.

i have a doubt, i have got my college provisional certificate but my college is affliated to a university but i got all my 6 semester marksheets so is it ok with my academic docs or do i need for university provisional certificate

Hi,
You definitely require PROVISIONAL CERTIFICATE.
and try for applying consolidated marksheet.
Try requesting the university for getting your provisional certificate sooner.
And don't forget to get course completion certificate from your college.

i thought consolidated marksheet is not required by canadian colleges for SPP?

consolidated marksheets are not acceptable, i have read this somewhere on official website.

I didn't mean to say its mandatory , but u can submit it! Along with your transcripts..
