I don't know more about this provincial nomination, can you pls let me know , what is this ? how will I get this nomination ? who will provide this ?

If not provincial nomination, what is the other relevant to this ?

I am more worried about the later 600 score of 1200

I am about to start my EE f0r 2015. Once I am clear of all my doubts, I will start with WES/IELTS
