I’ve seen that Canada has paused private refugee sponsorship program would this affect the processing time for protected persons PR ? ( especially in Quebec ) It makes sense less people = less wait time

They are completely separate programs so no influence on each other. Processing if anything is getting longer although there will likely be an announcement soon about reforms.
