Protected Person applying study permit

Hi , I am the approved protected person in Canada .I am about to study in coming September and I got LOA for 4 years program .
I have been granted loan by OSAP as well .
And now I am about to apply study permit .

For financial proof in study permit , can I provide only osap funding which I will receive? Is that only osap will enough for my financial proof ?
And do I need to write statement of purpose for studying ?
