I sent photocopies of the documents of the property I own and the property that is willed in my name without getting them evaluated and I did not have any problem and it was probably accepted and I was issued the visa .
there is no harm in doing so as it may add weight to your application.

lakvinder.kaur - Liquid assets should be in the name of applicant/co applicant names. In case there is other joint name the same can't be considered as liquid fund.
