Hey, l haven't got lTA yet but l am confused about work experience reference letter. I have a offer letter on company letterhead with all my job duties, my designation, hourly pay, hours l work and my starting day with employer or owner signature on it. It has the company address and contact information too. Would it be sufficient to be considered as Reference letter too? Thanks

The purpose of the reference letter is to have a Canadian employer "testify" that you have skilled work experience. Since the job offer letter is written BEFORE you actually gain that experience, it cannot be used for that purpose.
