Proof of work experience - spouse

hi guys! My husband started working in a NOC B in Feb 9th (2017) and left the company in Feb 2 (2018). He already has the necessary hours, but not quite 12 months.
After 15 days he got a job in a Noc A. So,
can we still use his work experience to earn extra points in EE (fsw) where I am the principal applicant?

Yes, his work is in Canada.
