Hello experts!

I am filling out my PR application and it asks me to upload the proof of upfront medical. I am aware that the proof is no longer required but i already have one from 2020, can i just upload my previous medical information sheet (not the health case details sheet) ? Likewise my spouse had one this year from outside Canada, can i also use that for my spouse?
