I’m at the point where I have to support Documents and I have a question according to the “Proof of Relationship”. I was adopted 20 years ago but that is my only family that I have so I include them into my application (immediate family members) but now it seems like I have to provide their birth certificates which is gonna be very difficult bcs I don’t have a contact with them for years now, plus they are not Canadians, they live in Europe. Should I delete them from the application if it’s possible? Should I provide a document that I was adopted or try to get birth certificates from them? My foster family is my Mom, Father, Brother and a Sister.

They shouldn't ask for that. When they asked how many family members do you have, did you add more than 1? Family is either you if you're single or wife and kids if married and you have them. Parents and siblings aren't considered family members for application purposes
Relationship, gender, date of birth, date of death, country of birth, country of residence, first name, last name. Those are the options I have. Am I missing something here?

well yeah you have to prove his status (PR card) and that he's really your uncle. Check the question mark next to each field, it will tell you what to add there.
