Hi,
So i wanted to start a new thread for this (in case other people might be interested in this too).
So on my EE profile, I claimed that my relative lives in Canada. That relative is my aunt (Canadian citizen).
On another post, some one informed that I'll need proof of status and relationship and I will have to provide birth certificates for my mom and aunt.
I just found out that back when my mom and aunt were born, my country didnt have actual birth certificates (I didnt know this).
So I was thinking perhaps I can show
1) Marriage certificates for my mom and aunt (with their father's name)
2) College graduation degree (with father's name)
Do you think that would be considered valid 'proof of relationship'?
I had claimed my aunt, who I live with, as my relative too. However, I do not want to get into the trouble of proving the relationship. Will it be a problem or a reason for rejection if I decide to correct this and not claim the relative while filling up the application?
