Proof of Relationship to Sponsor or Proof of Relationship or both?

I am an applicant, my husband is my sponsor, we are married but we have lived together for 10 years, but now I am in my country and he is in Canada.
A question.

The checklist indicates Proof of Relationship to Sponsor and describes everything that must be attached.

However, in Additional Supporting Documents it is Proof of Relationship. Isn't it the same with the first one? Or in Proof of Relationship to Sponsor it is in the marriage and cohabitation stage and in Proof of Relationship when the relationship begins? Or only 1 is necessary. It confuses me.
