Mr. Quorax , i have to do my draft ASAP since i am landing on 11/09 , pls advise me where to do it , somebody from the forum was saying " Al Ferdan " or " Wall street" ... pls which one is better and giving me the cheque at the same moment ? and how much is the charges ?

also, when i open my acct in the bank in canada , how much time is it taking to get a cash from this account ?

1. Al Fardan Exchange is the only one [besides ur/most banks] which issues CAD drafts, IMHO.
2. For Draft Processing Period pls read below:

Draft's Encashing Timeframe in Canada

-If the draft's drawee bank is in your city (of landing)................... different bank than yours............ 72 hrs.
-If the draft's drawee bank is NOT in your city (of landing)............ different bank than yours............ 96 hrs.
-If the draft's drawee bank is in your city (of landing)................... same bank as yours................... 24 hrs.
-If the draft's drawee bank is NOT in your city (of landing)............ same bank as yours................... 48 hrs.

Hello Mr Qorax, pls advice. I have received PPR from the cic in Accra. I just remembered i dint include my siblings in the IMM008 form. I plan to go to the cic to submit my passport. Can i refill the form and include my siblings as appropriate?

This is a serious mistake.... get some expert advice because it can ruin your case

Did you forget that you have siblings? you must have a good reason for not including them in your application.

I think anytime but mostly with MR and PPR. It also depends on visa office.

Captain my medicals were done in mid April 2012 waiting for passports from NDVO. "Medical results have been received" line updated on 31 august 2012. I have used some of funds already, but at the time of entering Canada i will carry more than required funds. captain please tell me using some of funds at this stage could be risk for visa stamping. I want to know they check our funds before sending our medicals or after medicals are received by them. how long it takes to receive passports back from ndvo. my passports were received by them in April. captain please reply.
