I am applying for restoration with visitor visa..Can someone please tell me is it important to show proof of funds in bank statement or is it ok if i can provide cic with the bank certificate that i have this much funds in account??
I m going to borrow funds so i wanted to show certificate..

Ask your bank to give you printed statements of at least 4 months and they will usually sign and stamp it and give it to you. You can scan and merge them and send it if making an online application.
I dont have any problem showing statement. But i am going to borrow money from a friend of mine and putting some cash from another friend.. so they will see all that in the statement..

Damn. Yes they will clearly see that. Plus, without proper statements, you are taking a bit of a risk. Minimum funds would be $6000 or up for half a year. If you can even show $6,000 (for six months or less), at least there's a chance they will consider it for approval.
