I have the money required to resettle, but i can't provide a proof of funds, because I live in Saudi Arabia under visitor temporary Visa and I can't open bank account in Saudi Arabia nor in my birth country syria.
What should I do to provide the proof of funds?

Do you have a bank account anywhere?

Without a standard or out of the norma reason for proof of funds might tell so much more beyond just a proof of funds, ie. raise questions about your background and admissibility to Canada.

You will have other problems too such as police report along the line. You may want to consider other schemes such as refugees program.
