Proof of Funds for study permit

I applied for my study permit in first week of June 2018. Since, I was a new student and didn't know about visa consultants thus, I submitted the application on my own.
Today I came to know that in Proof of Funds the bank statement should be on bank's letterhead. I had submitted copy of my Loan Sanction letter, dad's sponsorship letter with copy of his passbook and e-receipt of my FD in bank.
I am still awaiting a result on my application. Will my application be rejected? If yes, then what should I do now to get my permit issued urgently.

Yes. The loan sanction letter was on letterhead and duly signed and stamped.

Submitted my Father's bank statements with an acknowledgement letter from him, for balance fund payments.
