Just want to check while initally submitting the papers in the local CHC office do we need to show the full funds records or we can show them before traveling. As my sister has submitted her application to sydney and dont have the sufficient funds presently in the account but she has the property worth more then the requsted amount which she is planning to sale before officially departure.
Seniors and Expert please suggest!
Regards
You need to show them in liquid form at this stage...
proof of fund / bank statement is required at the final stage (in case of FSW) when CIC accepts to offer PR on principle. now you may require to mention how much fund do you have in cash. pls see the application form if the fund amount is required to be mentioned. no need to sell any land etc. to arrange money now.

The decision on your application
A CIC officer will make a final decision on your application based on the requirements for immigration to Canada at the time your application was submitted. The decision will be based on several selection factors, as well as the results of your medical examination and the criminal and security checks.
The officer will also assess the proof of funds you have provided (unless you have arranged employment) to ensure that you will be able to support yourself and your family when you arrive in Canada.
The visa office will contact you if it needs more documentation or if you are required to attend an interview.
If your application is approved, you will be asked to submit your passport to the Canadian visa office where you applied in order to receive your permanent resident visa.
