what is the exact form of proof of funds CEC is looking out for?
1. Is it the complete 6 months statements(with all credits/debits)?
2. or just a letter from bank with the current balance (in term of CAD)?
3. or a statement with Average Monthly Balance in bank letterhead?
Those who have received ITA and submitted the docs could give clear picture on this please..

My bank wanted to help, but even with the written instructions they had a hard time getting it right. The second letter they produced had all the requested information, including current balances, but it didn't give average balances over the proceeding 6 months. For those, I submitted the first page of my statements, showing opening and closing balances.
This proof of funds also confuses me very much... As in my country (China), I've never seen anything like that. So I just uploaded the bank statement of the recent 1 year and the certificate of deposit.
