for proof of fund, If we have a fixed account for few years and never touch that just use the interest, is good enough for proof of fund? the money was deposited lump-sum and opened account 2-3 years ago.

For Proof of Funds, what is the minimum duration for which I should be having them in my bank account/any other transferable form?

Or does it suffice to have a bank statement indicating that I have xxxx amount on so-and-so date?

you need to show them all the transection for at least 6 months and courrent amount that you have. if you deposit large amount recently you must give them avideance ( sold your car, sold you house or ......) and depend of your size of family you have to have enought money.
but i belive it is for thoes how have a chequeing account.
